About Me

I'm a generalist consultant who works as an extension of founders and leadership teams. I help organizations solve complex operational challenges, scale revenue, build processes, and navigate unique strategic situations.

My Journey

After the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University in 2020, I worked with multiple state governments across India, collaborating with existing state machinery and ecosystem partners—including philanthropic organizations, non-profits, and for-profit partners—to implement solutions primarily in health and education sectors.

I then co-founded a political consulting startup, where I balanced roles in program management, product design, and organizational development. Working with a national-level political organization, we conceptualized and launched a fellowship program for women aspiring to begin their political careers in India.

Most recently, I established a new revenue vertical for an edtech startup. This involved comprehensive end-to-end development: setting goals and revenue targets, establishing internal teams and processes, developing brand identity and communication tools, building the initial team, and forging multiple external partnerships.
